Join me at Point Reyes Yoga Studio for a Yoga for Runner’s workshop and class focused on making you the healthiest, happiest and most resilient runner you can be.

Note that this workshop is part of my yoga and running retreat that weekend, but is available a la carte even to those not participating in the retreat. For those who are attending the retreat, this is already included in your pricing and there is no need to book separately.

This workshop will focus on pre-run warm ups, post-run cool downs, deep stretching safely and recovery day postures.

Saturday 9/7 1:15-4pm

1:00-1:15 Check in

1:15-1:30: Introduction to the workshop

1:30-2:15: Pre-run warm-ups and post-run cool downs and deep stretches

2:15-2:30: Break

2:30-2:45: Introduction to recovery day yoga

2:45-3:30: Restorative Yoga session

3:30-4:00: small group discussion and Q and A

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Bring your own yoga mat (I’ll have a few loaners if you need to borrow one). If you are coming straight from a run, I will be providing ShowerPills to clean off, but feel free to bring a change of clothes and anything else you might need to make yourself comfortable for the workshop.
