Join me for a relaxing, fun weekend enjoying the beautiful coast of Point Reyes, California.  The weekend will be filled with trail running, yoga workshops and classes, lectures and opportunities to meet and hang out with others in your running community. Most meals are provided, including a full catered dinner on Saturday.

If you’re not running right now, there will be lots of options for non-running activities and ways to participate in the retreat. Spaces are extremely limited, so pre-booking is recommended.  

Booking details:

There are quite a few options to customize your stay based on your budget and preferences. I’m offering housing and non-housing options.

Housing options: The property in Nicasio is a beautiful home divided between three structures. Two are on the same lot and the third is within walking distance. The homes have updated kitchen, beautiful living spaces and comfortable sleeping quarters with lots of space to either keep more to yourself or socialize with the group. If you have a preference as to which home you will be in or have requests to room with friends or signifiant others that are also coming to the retreat, please indicate that in an email to me at

Non-housing options

If you would like to take full advantage of everything the retreat has to offer, but cannot or do not want to stay at the housing provided, there are limited spots available for $400/person.

Yoga for Runner’s Saturday Workshop only

Those of you who would like to just come to the workshop at Point Reyes Yoga, it is $85 for the a la carte workshop. There are 10 spaces available for workshop only participants.

Non-refundable deposits hold your space:

Early Bird Option: Register and pay in full by June 15 and save $80 on all housing-only options.

Housing option: $350 non-refundable deposit due at registration. Full payment due by August 1.

Non-housing option: non-refundable and due at booking $400

Refundable portions can be refunded within those windows for any reason.  

Special circumstances outside those windows will be made after to make sure we can refund as much as possible to you as long as we can fill your spot.  If for any reason outside my control, the retreat is cancelled (due to wildfires, other natural disasters, etc…), non-housing options will be refunded 100% of the payment. Housing options will be refunded 50% with the remaining 50% provided in workshop/event credit.

There are still some details left to plan, but you’re in for a great weekend.

Itinerary (subject to change):

Friday 3pm-4pm: Meet at house.

Friday 4pm: Leave for sunset hike in Samuel P Taylor State Park

Friday 7pm-10pm: Wine and cheese reception back at the main house

Friday 8pm: Speaker series. TBA

Saturday 9am: Meet at main house for trail run in Point Reyes (distances can range from 6 miles to 15 miles) as well as shorter hiking options.

Saturday post-run: lunch at Cowgirl Creamery in Point Reyes

Saturday 1-4pm Yoga for Runner’s Workshop at Point Reyes Yoga (meet by 1:15 at the latest, yoga starts at 1:30)

Saturday 6:30pm: Speaking Series. TBA.

Saturday 7:15pm: Group dinner catered by Girl and the Fig

Saturday 8:30pm: Optional social time at the main house (drinks provided)

Sunday 7am: “Sunrise” strength for runners at the main house (anyone who wants to do a morning hike instead can meet at 6am

Sunday 9am: Breakfast provided by Bovine Bakery

Sunday activities include lots of options for either trail running, hiking, beach yoga or free time to enjoy the coast.
